By offering this early morning bootcamp free of charge to 50 participants, we’re not only investing in their physical health but also empowering them to prioritise their well-being without any barriers.

The early morning bootcamp session will be approx 45 minutes and will commence every Wednesday from 6th March 2024 at 06:30am at Helston Boating lake!
